Tryout Registration with the

Massena Minor Hockey Association

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information,

sign up for the tryout, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your payment information available.

Please use the player's 2022-2023 USA hockey registration number.  All players that are selected for the team(s) will register for the 2023-2024 season and will be required to supply their 2023-2024 USA hockey registration number and their birth certificate at that time.

*Players do not need a signed release from their current association but do need to make sure that they are not on the Financial Obligation Restrictions List.  If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact your current association.

*New players to Massena Minor Hockey will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate.  Please email the photo of the birth certificate to massenaminorhockey@gmail.com (Attention Registrar).

*If your child previously played for a Canadian team or is a Canadian citizen, a transfer and release from CHA is required to play for USA Hockey.  These forms can be found online or may be obtained from your child's last association. Please send all information or questions and concerns about the transfer and release process to massenaminorhockey@gmail.com (Attention Registrar).
